Cancellation Policy

Time is our most precious commodity. It is also irreplaceable. It is for this reason that we have the following policy in place:

  • We require a credit card on file to book appointment.

  • We require 48 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling. 

  • If you do not provide 48 hours' notice, you will be charged half of your service as it's booked.

  • If you do not call and do not show, you will be charged 100% of your service and you will be placed at the bottom of our cancellation list.

We understand that things happen and we are always willing to work with you if we feel you are respectful of our time and the sanctity of our small business. ​

We are a team of two in a small business setting. We would like to keep things running as smoothly as to ensure that you have the best possible experience with us. Please view our policies and be mindful when you are scheduling appointments and provide us as much time as possible to make changes to your service. 

At MW Hair Studio we strive to provide the best service possible.  Please be reminded that there are NO refunds, however you will not be charged for a re-do if necessary.

Sick Policy

There are some things to think about before entering the salon for your appointment:

  • If you are not feeling well, stay home!

  • If you may have been exposed to flu/covid, stay home.

  • If you are pending covid/flu test results, please stay home until you know you are negative
